Let's break it down: how many active Secret Service Agents are there? Wiki says there are 6,500 which actually seems kind of low, but ok.
I'm sure the vetting/screening process for the Secret Service is a bit more stringent than getting a job at Baskin & Robbins but 6,500 is large enough a pool of folks to safely assume (in my estimation) that there is at least one bona fide racist serving. Does (s)he suppress those feelings on the job? I have no doubt.
