Real Name: Dan
Birthdate: April 24th, 1979 (29 years old)
Bio:
Born in NYC, raised in NJ.

Received my B.A. at Oberlin College in a self-developed interdisciplinary major entitled "The Psychology of Film: How Film & Language Influence Behavior and Belief." I also had a minor in film and attended film school for three semesters at NYU's Tisch School in NYC and Florence, Italy and at Northwestern's School of Communication.

I am a certified hypnotist, mixologist (bartender), and design human engineer. I am ordained as a minister in the Universal Life Church, raised Jewish, and involved in Vipassana meditation practices.

I've worked as a pool cleaner, banquet waiter, bar-back, substance abuse counselor, clinical psychotherapist, filmmaker, substitute teacher, and executive director for a non-profit association.

I am presently continuing the work I began in undergraduate at the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, where I am a Ph.D. candidate in clinical psychology. My dissertation is exploring the effects of video guided relaxation on self-reported measures of stress in an adolescent population.

With my Ph.D., I intend to teach, work as a clinician (upon receiving licensure), and publish. My objective is to develop forms of interactive electronic media which help to supplement the purposes of psychotherapy, to "create a world of peace and freedom through personal growth and devoted service."

granted, but not looking at someone for an hour?! That takes conscious effort. It's either an attempt at anger management, or extreme rudeness/hostility. Sure seems like he views the world in absolute terms like his buddy W.

That's McCain's normal demeanor. He's had to take "smiling lessons" on the campaign trail. He is an awkward and feebloe old man and, if he wins the election, there is a distinct possibility that his demeanor alone will set off some of the wrong foreign dignitaries.

Hmm! Yes, it's working now. Gave me a 'this video is not available' the second time I started watching it.

Maybe youtube is 'updating' again.

I posted portions of the three songs -- not the full songs. But the video still works for me.

Not only will the Republican base just "sit there and take that," they will hoot and holler and cheer and donate and vote and canvas and do everything in their power to get those self-same Republican "haters" elected into office. Totally despicable.

Your video on "Vincent Bugliosi: Hearing on Limits of Executive Power" is an excellent sift, although the video is less than 10 minutes long. You may want to remove the long tag as that may serve as an impediment to potential viewers, and frankly I think the message is important enough to reach the widest possible audience.

Hey, I was watching you video on Vincent Bugliosi and the second. In his second video he establishes a rapport with the lady who asked him about WMDs. You can see her head shaking with ever down note in his voice. (Nodding up and down - agreement) This is what causes him to escalate , and also causes the gentlemen to the right of the chairmen to start to get a little worried. I think that the guy to the right was clearly scared of what was about what was happening.

Helluva speech.

You had me at "Dear Mr. Internet"

In reply to this comment by Trancecoach:
Dear Mr. Internet,

I know you're very busy what with all the porn and gambling and, oh yeah, a bit of news and stuff. I was wondering if you could please eliminate every trace of my humiliating, albeit hilarious, stumble that I took at work the other day. The fact that hundreds of thousands of people are watching this video has forced me to realize that I'm an overweight and clumsy woman who needs to look where she's stepping, and to reconsider the trust I had with my dad. Please, Mr. Internet, when you have a moment, please delete that video. Thanks so much.
Your buddy,
Clumsy falling woman.

So 42 in the tags refers to Douglas Adams' meaning of life?

Sure, Russia only had 15 times as many troops as the USA, and single-handedly "liberated" more territory from Nazi Germany than all the other allied powers combined. They turned the tide of the eastern front at the Battle of Stalingrad a year and a half before D-Day, and several months before the beginning of the Italian campaign. If nuclear deterrance did not exist, the USSR could easily have captured all of continental Europe, and probably would have done so before Stalin's death in 1953. They couldn't have actually invaded the USA, but so what?

In reply to this comment by Trancecoach:
The Cold War was merely a political charade employed as a means of taking control of media operations, consolidating political power in the hands of the Right Wing , enriching the military-industrial complex, and basically generating a climate of fear with which to control mass behavior. From the sounds of your regurgitation, they've gotten to you too. The military spending that accounts for the thousands of nuclear weapons and make up the arsenal absorbed an enormous percentage of the nation's wealth without conferring any concomitant security -- indeed, it did just the opposite. Nibiyabi, it's time to stop drinking the Kool Aid. Russia is not and never was the threat they said it was. You've got to think for yourself, else others will do the thinking for you.

LOL

Ok, most storm chasers do it as a hobby. lol This video wasn't for carnage it was becasue of the impressive and agressive Supercell you see in the clip.

Most storm chasers do it to spot tornadoes (hence chasing Supercells, these types of storms are most likely to produce tornadoes) I think its just seeing the agressive side of nature.

I liked it but thanks for viewing the video anyway

On an off note, the real nutters chase hurricanes!! WTF! Why? wind and rain, now if you fly a scouting plane into the eye of the hurricance that would be cool

Have a good 'un

Can't get into this. Are these guys getting paid to report on the weather or do they simply have nothing better to do? If the latter, it seems like a pretty lame way to get your thrills. 10 minutes of this and not one fatality. Not even a taste of carnage. LAME.

Thing is, yes, you can't make anyone do something that's against their moral fiber, with hypnosis. However, one can use hypnosis and other behavior modification techniques to change the way a person thinks about their so-called moral fiber and pretty much get them to do anything you want them to. It just takes more time and work and it's not all that conducive to the kind of thing that takes place in a hypnotherapist's office (or on a television show, for that matter). Still, worthy of an upvote, even tho it's "busted."

The second segment is actually much more surprising to me. I kinda figured this part would turn out how it did since I've heard that was how it would work, but the other one was something new to me. Link, this one never got sifted for some reason....
